Providing the website

The website and course information are served as static pages. When you access a page, the web server processes connection data required for delivery. Technical logging and analysis with LogBoard are described below.

Contact form

When you use the contact form, your details are processed to handle your enquiry and forwarded by email using Twilio SendGrid. Recipients, retention periods, legal basis and any international transfers will be specified before public release.

Course finder

The course finder initially processes answers in the open browser page. To display your recommendation, you request a learning-path email. Your email address and selected answers about your goal, profession, level, exams and time are then sent to our server. The server recalculates the recommendation and sends the learning path via Twilio SendGrid to the address you entered. Country of origin, first language and optional answers are not sent for this purpose.

This creates no customer profile, saved progress or dashboard record. The email contains your recommendation and learning path. Email addresses are not verified as proof of identity and cannot retrieve earlier answers. Abuse prevention uses temporary server-memory rate limits. Email retention and provider processing must be specified for public release.

A separate advice request sends your first name, last name, email, recommendation and message to the advisory team. Individual answers and later optional responses are not included. The result email does not subscribe you to a newsletter or submit an advice request.

German level check

The Quick Level Check initially processes your self-assessment and answers in the open browser page. When you request your result email, your email address, self-assessment and selected answers, together with the test version and a random value used to reproduce the question order, are sent to our server. The result is recalculated there and sent via Twilio SendGrid. No account, saved progress or dashboard record is created, and no newsletter subscription is activated.

Test answers are not permanently stored by the website. Temporary server-memory delivery limits help prevent abuse. A separate advice request sends your first name, last name, email, result assessment and message to the advisory team, without individual test answers. Email retention, legal grounds and provider processing still need to be specified for public release.

Technical logs and LogBoard

We use LogBoard to monitor operation, analyse errors and identify bots. We record the time, IP address, browser or bot identifier (User-Agent), domain, a sanitised page path, HTTP method, status, response size, processing duration and technical information about the type of page request. URL query parameters, unknown free-form paths, cookies, credentials and form contents are removed before access logs are written. Source files rotate daily; archived files are deleted after seven days. Technical records in LogBoard are deleted after 30 days.

For forms, we also log the form type, time, a random event identifier and the technical outcome of the sending attempt. These events do not include names, email addresses, messages, course-finder or placement-test answers, IP addresses or browser identifiers. Sending acceptance means that the email provider accepted the message; it does not confirm arrival in the inbox. Access to logs is restricted to authorised staff.

To prevent duplicate sending, a random request identifier, a protected verification value and the sending status are retained on our server for up to 24 hours. Form contents are not stored in plain text for this purpose. This allows the same request to be recognised after a connection interruption. The identifier in your browser remains only in the memory of the open page.

Cookies and external content

The website does not use cookies or store a persistent browser identifier on your device for LogBoard. No additional tracking script is loaded. Technical analysis uses server logs; marketing tracking and external content are not embedded.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have the right to access your personal data (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20).

Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

To exercise your rights, you can contact us at: data@mondovia-academy.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR), particularly in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
